As a result, our recruitment team has expanded to continue to keep a high talent density company. One of the key members of our recruitment team is Talent Partner Associate, Florence Campbell. Joining the team in February, Florence has continued to elevate each team within Planned by adding more talented team members. Her enthusiasm for speaking about Planned and finding the best fit for the company has played a crucial role in expanding the company.
Her eagerness encourages her to constantly grow her skill set and take on new challenges in the office. When she’s off the clock, you can catch her watching the Office, listening to music, getting involved in fashion, or doing adventures around Montreal.
Florence was born and raised in Montreal and is one of the office go-to persons for local-Montreal recommendations. As a recent graduate from Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University with a major in Accounting, Florence brought with her fresh ideas and new perspective.
“As an Accounting student, I was really passionate to try audit work to really get an understanding of what this field is all about. That led me to working as an audit intern at KPMG and subsequently as a Staff Accountant at Deloitte. My experience working as an accountant was impactful because it made me realize that Accounting might not be for me.” Through her professional pivot, Florence was able to take her learnings from Deloitte and KPMG and apply them to talent acquisition.
Beyond her professional aspirations, Florence has a passion for traveling, music, and fashion. The combination of creativity and freedom draw her to both. Some of her favorite countries to visit include: Spain, Costa Rica, Netherlands, and Peru.
