  • How do I enter the challenge?

    To qualify as a participant, you must book at least one event with a budget superior to $10,000. Booking means that your event was not only created but was also fully paid, in Planned. 

    If you don't have a Planned account yet, you can request one here or book a call with your account manager. Accounts are free, and your company has unlimited seats.

  • Who can participate?

    Anyone in your company can participate. The more participants, the more chances you reach the 5-event goal! So don't hesitate to share this page with as many colleagues you can!

  • I don't know how to use Planned.

    All new users can get dedicated training with their account manager. You'll learn how to create an event brief, browse Planned's marketplace to find the best suppliers, and sign and pay through Planned. Book your training here

  • What type of event can I book with Planned?

    You can book any event with Planned. Companies use us to book everything from their 15-people strategic offsite to their 400-people conference. 

    To enter this planning challenge, your event must be over $10,000.

  • When and how will I receive my gift card?

    As soon as your team reaches 5 booked events you'll receive an email with your e-gift card. We'll use the email address linked to your Planned account. 

  • Where can I use my Hyatt gift card?

    You can use your gift card at more than 780 Hyatt hotels in North, Central, and South America. You can view the list of all participating locations here.

  • How many events can I plan?

    You can plan as many events as you want. If you plan the 5 events yourself, you'll receive the $500 gift card. But if you get other people to plan with you, you'll get there faster 😉.
