The GBTA Canada Conference is the organization’s largest dedicated business travel event.

This three-day event brings together corporate travel buyers, suppliers, travel management professionals, meeting planners, and industry partners from across Canada and beyond for networking, learning, and collaboration. It takes place April 27–29 at the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto's waterfront district.

The program pairs curated education sessions with an expo floor of 60+ supplier companies, peer-to-peer networking, and signature events including the Big Night Out. For over 20 years, the GBTA Canada Conference has been the trusted meeting point for the Canadian business travel community.
